A Breather on the Pavement of Strangers is a documentary that weaves together the personal and the political, following people from Cyprus as they grapple with questions of belonging and identity. The film grew out of a series of workshops led by Cindy Chehab and was made collaboratively with the community, as part of a six-month artist residency hosted by Sharq.Org.
